Welcome to the Protel BPO Acceptable Use Policy page.
This policy is here to help protect our company systems, client information, and the work we do every day. It applies to all staff, contractors, consultants, temporary workers, and third parties who use company systems, whether working on-site or remotely.
What this means for you
When using company systems, devices, networks, applications, or data, all users are expected to:
- Use company systems for authorized business purposes only
- Protect their usernames, passwords, and other login details
- Access only the systems, applications, and information needed for their job
- Handle sensitive and confidential information carefully and securely
- Review all files and documents before storing, sharing, emailing, or transmitting them
- Report any suspected security issues, suspicious activity, or policy violations to the IT Team immediately
The following are not allowed
Users must not:
- Share login credentials or use another person’s account
- Install or use unauthorized software, tools, or hardware
- Bypass or disable security controls
- Access information or systems without authorization
- Store or send sensitive information through unapproved systems or locations
- Use company systems for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities
Monitoring
Please note that company systems are provided for business use and may be monitored, logged, and reviewed for security and compliance purposes. Users should not expect privacy when using company systems.
Your responsibility
All users are responsible for using company resources appropriately and helping protect company and client information. This includes making sure that files and documents are properly reviewed before they are saved, shared, or sent.
